What>? Tsunami Watch>?

Okay, i think its not going to happen, since the last two tsunami that happen was without pre warnings. Like the one in Bangkok. or watt ever other land. =[

I hope we will be fine. safe and sound. coz i don't want Benowa waters to drown from water~! bcoz mummy say its a hole thats dug out to build houses. =[

“Australia's east coast has been put on tsunami watch following a major 8.8-magnitude earthquake struck off the coast of Chile where at least six people have been killed.”

The Joint Australian Tsunami Warning Centre (JATWC) issued a tsunami watch at 7:45pm (AEDT) on Saturday declaring a "potential tsunami threat" to New South Wales, Queensland, Lord Howe Island and Norfolk Island.

The BoM said tsunami waves could start affecting Norfolk and Lord Howe Islands after 8:30am (AEDT) on Sunday.

NSW could be hit after 8:45am (AEDT) on Sunday while Queensland could be hit after 8:15am (AEST)

OKAY! but Tak said there is no necessary for evacuation!

My first and most enjoyable assessment at uni = =/

First day back to education. First day of QUT.

I mean, it wasn’t that bad. People ask how it was. I would answer ‘its alright, sometimes boring and fun’ It actually depends on the lecturer and the tutor. I had a normal (but not as funny) for my first lec with Elle, it ended pretty quick. Then the second lec at noon was hilarious. I found out she’s going to be my lecturer for Landscape Architect Unit as well. I’m gonna wait and see what funny things she got for tmr’s morning lecture. Thirdly and finally the one at 4 to 6pm was classified to i nearly said… ‘this is boring, i wanna sleep’ It was really close in spitting those words out, but it was a special occasion…the first day gotta pay attention to EVERYTHING. I mean…the things i only like to listen and find interest to. But i know i need to force myself to listen to everything in order to pass and get a good grade. The only thing i was much disappointed was the air conditioners! They are air conditioned enough! Could it be cause of the amount of people we’ve got in the first lecture which was 400+ students. but only had 250 in that same room. Or the second lecture where the lecturer wasn’t prepared and couldn’t even realised the air con wasn’t cool enough for about…150 of us? Trying to breath the same air in and out./ Anyways, things I like…hmm new life style school life style. OHHH! i got my id card. ARGH. no matter how great you smile or how much your hair properly or put how many make up on. ITS GONNA BE FUGLY AND DARK AND YUCK! That’s the thing you would have to sacrifice in order to get in QUT. I want to see the UQ id cards soon. I’ll wait and see what I have for the ‘anonymous-opinion-letter-box’ at QUT. I can’t believe I can point out so many negative stuff…i didn’t mean to..=[

I hope I do well ,,,or REALLY WELL in QUT!!!=]  Ciao. sleeping early today, got 9am lecture which means…waking up at …5.45 – 6am =] wish me LUCK.!

My crazy and scary and terrible side of me.

Last night, i spend my hours up until late trying to neaten and finalized groups of stationery piled up in my tiny shelf. Brands like Muji and Uni were the dominants of this land called “Queenie’s Stationery Land”. The rest was just bits and pieces of Japanese funny stationeries. I have to recall my Stationery history for myself in order to see how horrible this side of me is. I’ve started buying Muji since back yr10 when I went back to Hong Kong for winter. I’ve bought a record of HKD $250 worth of stationeries from Muji. A reason for this obsessive compulsive addiction is because everyone started using it, and it is a pretty good brand, also I enjoy the simplicity of it. Then late 2008, I went to Japan, which totally gave me another chance of buying more Muji goodies. Mummy started to get angry of my obsessive Muji compulsive addiction. And then by the time I came back this time from Hong Kong I got myself another collection. Nothing much new, some are, but simplicity is what I like about Muji. This time I broke my record of HKD $250, now the new record HKD $340 for Muji, including other brands it is well over HKD $500 maybe even over the 1 + 3 more extra zeros.

20100221059the amount of muji that has conquered  on my level 3 shelf20100221060The blank exercise books on level 2# yea… i think it will last me few years, I haven’t even finish using the ones that high school gave us.

20100221061  The non-Muji collection, that I’ve obsessed also. sign pens, gel pens, erasable pens from Japan, favourite AIR-IN rubber, favourite pacers.

20100219040  Stuff from Muji, Daiso, Sogo.

How nice. After my…dinner?supper? early breaky? i headed back to the hotel that my mummy n fam was staying in. its pretty grand and high class, but no big deal. i only had one night of it.

Next day, i started spending it with my bitch around Macau and Taipa and up in China. Took her to get her nails done.
Then she took me to the 3lights area in macau to eat..’緬甸麵’and up to the mountains just to play god dam volleyball and getting the ball wet. Had dinner with Vicki’s family.

Time goes by fast, when you are…SHOPPING! EATING! SLEEPIING! Repeating these 3 steps each day, makes me forget how close i am to returning home in Australia and starting a new school life. I’m excited for what is comming for me. I’ve shopped so much that i dont want to ask my mum how much I’ve spent in Hk, Macau, Taiwan and China. Luckily I look back into my security locker, i still have few hundred Australian dollars. Seriously, how am I going to live when im back to Australia… two shifts a week at Camelot might not complete my bills by the end of the year.

Anyway its been nearly a month since I’ve updated about where I’ve been and what I’ve done even though I’ve also been on a comp and updating my facebook status. Really…I couldnt bother updating since im doing sooo many things in one day!!!

Snapshot_20100208_6

First week back to Hong Kong was exciting. Because I’ve spent about of the buget I brought with me back to Hong Kong. Then UNfortunately and fortunately, Vicki my dear friend received a bad news about her trip to Taiwan, so she rang me the day before to ask if i could join her. In surprise, mummy didnt…reject it and allowed me to GO!…even in such short notice. Its my first time travelling without my family to another country, I’m a lucky daughter compare to some reallllllllllllllly traditional chinese families. (people might think im in the ‘family rule’ comes first jail)

So Vicki and I met at Central MTR express line to catch the subway to Airport at about 7.30am in the morning to catch an early flight at 10am! Argh*

 DSC06396 DSC06398

We arrived at Hotel in XiMenDing 西門町 at around 2.30pm after the toss and turn bus ride from airport. The most memorable bus ride ever from an Airport to a Hotel. The bus was full of honkies from our flight, everyone talking in rude slangs and bitching like a honkie. The second reaction we shared was…TW looks so much like China in area and building wise.

 DSC06400DSC06410

The hotel we stayed in called ‘Just Sleep’ opend only for half a year!

DSC06428

What the city looks like from our Level 9 window.

We went down towards that direction from our window,(of course…we went down to the lobby and exited the hotel first..) and hunt down FOOD! Then at night time, we went down to night market. For each night we slept around 1-2am since the first night. The second day, I think we missed out our breakfast, so went to Taipei central looked at XinGuangSanYue shopping centre. Following on, browsing in another section we found Pepper Lunch and Daiso. I spent around $1,500 NT dollars in the 2nd morning! Anyways, shopping is what i went for! Then went for a few snacks that are famous in Taiwan. We also visited the popular shopping place for wholesale buyers, WuFenPu. shopped abit, and back to near our hotel to have TOILET DINNER* ( to my assumption, it wasnt as good as what I heard from others)

DSC06575

We planned to have the giant tall iicecream, but fail to succeed because we were so full from the toilet shit. DSC06590

This is the trend? of Taiwan style cut? We saw few franchise from the place we’ve been.

DSC06592

The lovely lighting resource we got busy with before we went to sleep. we took lots and deleted…lots =]

DSC06646
The breakfast we missed out on the second day, and then after the third day, we ‘wanted’ to miss the last day’s breaky too.

DSC06647 DSC06648
The famous Ding Tai Fong, I was there the 2nd time in 3 years, and I remembered what I left there last time and this time I must re-order!

DSC06653  My favourites!!!!

On the same day, we pretty much covered around the main areas of Taipei. We even visited the Hello Kitty Cafe , (which has min spending of $300 NT, which didnt even taste good)

DSC06697 DSC06717

The Hello Kitty Tiramisu cake, that I suffer from, “OVER-CREAMY”ness.

On this last night in Taipei , we re-visited the main night market in JianTan station. We ate so much more this time, compare to the night before when we arrived. We bought HEAPPPS back to our hotel.

Finally, speed and brief reporting of the Taiwan trip, on OUR last day in Taiwan, we woke up early to have our breaky and went down to get our last shopping done. Sadly, we were too early for the shops that normally open at 10/11am in the morning. So we waited at starbucks with our magazines. I was suffering from stomache and returned to hotel tgt and slept for 45mins and headed back out to the streets to see if the shops open…            After around an hour, we’ve accomplished our last shopping spree, spending my last penny. Returned to the hotel by 1pm and was ready for the ‘flying dog’ company shuttle bus to arrive.

This is such hectic trip, to make it short this is what we did;  # checked in at Taipei, TaoYuan Airport, #waited at Gate 29, # Listened to noisy mid age ladies blabbering on about the trip and lives. # abroad the plane that was 15mins late. # took up a whole roll by myself by the window and arrive HongKong less than 2hours.

######Rushed Out to get through Customs######### waited for our luggage to be unloaded. (this nearly 10pm) Rushed to get on the MTR to get back to central. Arrived in 25mins  and took the taxi with Vicki back to my place. Changed the clothes from my luggage to new ones. Transfer my new shopping items from the ‘redwhiteblue’ bag to my big suitcase. Made sure i took the right stuff with me and off we went to the Hongkong Macau Harbour and took our 11.30pm ferry to Macau!!!!

DSC06767

The boat was so…drifty. We got picked up by Vicki’s dad, and they dropped me off at the local resturant in Macau to meet up mummy and the rest of my fam from Macau.

I will continue this post tmr, starting from what I did in macau =]

too tired now. =[ the nose block is really annoying meeeeee
